*Savings Promise — Terms & Conditions
Our Savings Promise (“Promotion”) is available to new Savio subscribers only and is subject to these terms.
Eligibility
The Promotion is available to new Savio subscribers who have not previously held a Savio subscription. The Promotion is only available for yearly subscriptions. The Promotion is limited to one claim per user.
Savings target
During the first twelve (12) months following your Savio subscription commencement date, Savio will identify and display potential savings opportunities available to you. If the total eligible savings identified by Savio during this period is less than $500, you may be eligible to receive a further twelve (12) months of Savio access at no charge.
Minimum participation requirement
To qualify, you must upload at least six (6) eligible documents, a maximum of two (2) per category, to the Savio App during your first twelve (12) months of membership. Documents must be real, original documents and relate to eligible household bills, services or other products supported by Savio: Electricity, Gas, Water, Internet, Mobile plans.
Claim period
Eligible users must contact Savio by email within the initial twelve-month period to request the free twelve-month extension and confirm their eligibility. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Promotion code
Once eligibility has been confirmed, Savio will issue a unique promotion code to the email address registered to the user's Savio account. The promotion code will be valid for twelve (12) months from the date of issue and may only be redeemed by the eligible account holder.
One promotion per user
The Promotion may only be claimed once per user and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with another promotional offer unless otherwise stated by Savio.
Nature of savings
Savings displayed by Savio represent potential or estimated savings based on available pricing, product and service information. Actual savings may vary depending on the provider, pricing, availability, eligibility, timing and other circumstances.
Changes to the Promotion
Savio reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw the Promotion or these terms at any time, subject to applicable law. Any changes will not affect claims that have already been validly approved.
General
Savio reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject claims where the Promotion has been misused, abused or where the eligibility requirements have not been met.
